With a background in competitive cheer, softball, co-ed football (having two brothers who were wide receivers - meant I have an arm!) - I came to triathlons as an anaerobic athlete, whose partner was a runner! As we are very competitive - I needed him to be very tired by the time he got to the run! We settled on tris!

I thrive when training and even more so when improving! As a mom and small business owner, I have limited time to execute training, much less research how I 'should' be training. TriDot gave me targeted and efficient guidance in terms of training volume and intensity, and was a boon for technique in all three sports!

Without a doubt, the most challenging leg of a triathlon for a parent is the fourth: caring for your kids post race!
