Performance Level

I have been competing in triathlons since 2010. This is my 2nd season with TriDot and I’m so excited to be an ambassador for a program I truly believe in.

I did my 1st sprint triathlon on a dare, and I was instantly hooked. For me, the feeling of accomplishment when I cross the finish is like nothing I’ve ever experienced before, and it never gets old. Whether I am on the podium or not, there is always a high five, a hug, and some chocolate milk waiting for me; if that’s not motivation I don’t know what is! As a personal trainer, I’m always amazed and impressed at what the human body is capable of, and the huge role the mind plays. They don’t always perform at a high level at the same time, but when they do it’s magical.

I find the triathlon community to be extremely supportive and encouraging, and that can be felt within the TriDot community as well. The administrative staff, the coaches, and the other athletes are always available to offer help, encouragement and/or advise.
