I am 54 years old soon to be 55; married to my best friend (and training partner) Courtney Baxter. We have two grown children, Hannah and Tigue. I own my law firm, Berry, Floyd & Baxter, in LaGrange, Kentucky and I have worked part time as a felony prosecutor for 15 years. Fitness and exercise has always been a way to manage life stress and frankly is something I have always loved.

I am a life long athlete who took up cycling in college. After Courtney and I married, she got me into running. In 1993, we ran our first half marathon, did a 150 mile two day bike tour and did our first triathlon. We called it the Triple Crown. Since then, we have done numerous half and full marathons, multiple triathlons and have completed the Hood to Coast relay three times. In 2005, we did our first half iron distance triathlon. In 2010 with Courtney's encouragement, I did my first full Ironman in Louisville and I was hooked on the distance. This year, I hope to complete my fourth at Ironman Florida in November. I stumbled on TriDot after Ironman Chattanooga at the end of 2016 and I signed up for a free trial. I saw significant improvement in the few months that I used the program. Unfortunately, I was sidelined after a bike wreck in March last year when I broke ribs, dislocated my shoulder and had some whiplash. Due to those injuries, I was unable to make it to the starting line. This year, I am back with a renewed focus and am looking forward to seeing my results with TriDot's help.
