My start is triathlon was quite innocent. I had been doing some local MS 150’s for fun and also doing good within the community. When my daughter started running in junior high, she started with the cross country team. During the summer the team wanted their members to stay active and begin running before season started. I didn’t want her to run by herself, so I decided to start running with her. Then my son started swimming, and there was a triathlon at the lake where we spent summer weekends. As they say: the rest is history. One weekend adventure and I was hooked. I have used different plans and coaching throughout the years and have been using TriDot on and off for about 4 years now. I have always considered myself to be more of a completer than a competer, but with TriDot I have managed (after over a decade of events) to set new PRs and even get on the podium on a few local events. The system is easy to use and adjusts to you and your fitness progression. Looking forward to what Ironman Boulder has in store!
