I have always been an athlete. I am a lifelong runner, and collegiate/adult rower. Triathlon came to me later in life when I registered for my first Ironman when I was 41. I have found joy and community in the triathlon world.

I am a 3 time Ironman finisher. I love the challenge of the full IM distance. The day is a puzzle that unfolds slowly, as challenges and problems creep up from, mechanical, nutrition, hydration and weather. I love the training, and preparing for all the challenges I might face on the course. I love the feeling of running down the chute when the challenge has been conquered.

I used TriDot in preparation of my 3rd full Ironman. Everything was planned for me and I only needed to execute my training workouts every day. I trained less but was more ready and fit than with any other training cycle program. I can’t imagine training without TriDot in the future.
