I transitioned to a plant based lifestyle 3 years ago and started doing triathlons where I instantly fell in love with the sport. I have competed in multiple sprint triathlons without using a structured training plan and I am so excited to be doing my first Olympic triathlon using TriDot. I have already seen my times drastically improve just in training and I am excited to see what race day holds. I can’t say enough amazing things about TriDot and it is a game changer for any athlete that is looking to be competitive or simply improve their overall times.
