I am a 32 year old from Tempe, AZ. Currently in my third year of triathlon. This first started as a way to improve my life, get away from the past, as most would say. After my first race. I knew I had started something big. Just within the past two years I can truthfully say that this sport has improved every aspect of my life. The hard work and discipline has translated to my career through mental toughness and leadership skills. The mental clarity has improved my interpersonal relationships allowing me to always be present. And even my dog loves the long runs! After three sprint distance races and one Olympic, I completed my first Half Ironman in Oceanside and my first full was Arizona 2018. This years schedule includes St George 70.3 and various local Olympic and sprint distance races. Outside of Triathlon, I am participating in Aids/Lifecycle, a 545 Mile ride from San Francisco to LA in June.
