I've been very active since I was young, running and hiking the mountains surrounding Caracas, Venezuela, before I moved to the United States. I've competed in numerous 5k and 10k's. I've been both a yoga instructor and a spinning class instructor. After a while, I began to concentrate on my running. I traveled around the country, running half marathons, eventually moving up to full marathons. I decided to give a short triathlon a try...I was hooked! I've always loved running and biking, so adding swimming just felt natural. In 2018, after several shorter tri's, I completed my first Ironman 70.3. The sense of accomplishment was incredible! I'm currently training for my next 70.3.

I have become a better athlete since I started working with Tidot. I'm very happy to be representing TriDot as an ambassador.
