I completed my first running race in 2007 and first triathlon in 2010. I did my first triathlon not knowing how to swim and riding on a mountain bike. I know what it’s like to start from the beginning. Since the start of my athlete career, I have embraced the sport with a huge passion. As a mom, wife, athlete, nutritionist, and coach, I know how difficult it can be to juggle life. I work with you to find balance in all of them.

I have coached people from around the world. I mentor beginners to the elite by building their confidence and helping them find real solutions to obstacles such as nutrition, equipment, mental or physical.

As an IRONMAN certified coach, my biggest goal is to help you reach your full potential by strengthening mental and physical weaknesses and taking full advantage of your strengths. One of my biggest mottos is, “You never fail. You either win or learn.” Every aspect of training is a learning experience and I help you get the most out of it.

I set you up using the most advanced training system in the industry, TriDot. As a mom, wife, coach and athlete myself, I know what it’s like to juggle busy schedules. With the help of TriDot, I deliver better quality and improved results in up to 30% less training time.

I am also a believer that nutrition plays a big roll on the body as you train. If you’re day to day and training nutrition aren’t balanced, then you will not be able to perform to your full potential. I became a certified nutritionist so I could help athletes have the complete package.

What I offer in day to day coaching:

Answer all basic/detailed questions along the way.
Mental prep during training and before races
Basic training/race nutrition assistance with the option to upgrade to detailed day to day assistance for weight loss and custom race nutrition plans.
I rearrange your training for your work/family schedule so you get the biggest gains for each workout.
Bike form analysis
Swim Stroke analysis
I work remotely with athletes all around the world.
Unlimited access to me via text, email, or scheduled phone calls.
I comment on all critical workouts throughout the week with feedback that you can apply to future training. Not just a "you did a good job" response (unless the workout went perfectly). :)
