Jeff Booher

Jeff has been a lifelong competitive athlete in a variety of sports from grade school through college, dedicating himself to fitness, competition, and the pursuit of a lofty challenge. After discovering triathlon in 2002, Jeff quickly fell in love with the sport. He’s a four-time Ironman finisher and has completed more than 60 triathlons with numerous age-group and overall masters wins. He started coaching triathletes in 2003 and has earned coaching certifications from USA Triathlon (Level II), USA Cycling (Level III), and USA Track & Field (Level I). He’s coached more than a dozen professional triathletes and multiple age-group national champions.

Jeff earned his BBA in Management of Information Systems from Texas A&M University and then served in the Military Intelligence Branch of the U.S. Army. He started his post-military, professional career as a systems engineer designing supply-chain management software. Following 15 years in executive management, his entrepreneurial spirit took over and he became the founder and CEO of TriDot and the chief architect of its patents-pending nSight optimization technology that uses athlete training data and genetics along with predictive analytics and artificial intelligence to optimize triathlon training.

Jeff and his wife, Jennifer, have three children, Courtney, Grant, and Jake, and reside in Southlake, TX. In his leisure time, Jeff enjoys coaching the Tri4Him Junior Elite Triathlon team, one of the top ranked junior teams in the U.S.
