Jeff Raines

Jeff holds a master’s degree in exercise science from the University of Texas at Arlington and is a certified USA Triathlon Level II and Ironman U certified coach.  While earning his master’s, Jeff competed as a cross country and track athlete for the university.  He’s completed over 120 triathlons including more than 30 70.3 and 140.6 events and is a multiple Boston qualifier and finisher.

Jeff continues to be an avid triathlete and runner, coaching athletes of all ages for more than 10 years from youth & juniors to Ironman World Championship 70.3, Kona, and Boston qualifiers working alongside numerous professional triathletes and US Olympians.  He’s always eager to share his love of health and fitness with others through communicating, implementing, and strategizing for success with his athletes.

Jeff and his wife, Sarah, have two children Olivia and Hunter. When not training or racing, he is busy spending time with his family, hunting, and camping.
