Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS PROMOTION IS INTENDED FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA (EXCLUDING QUEBEC) ONLY AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW. DO NOT ENTER IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE. OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF 50 U.S./D.C. AND CANADA (EXCLUDING QUEBEC), 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER (19 IN ALABAMA AND NEBRASKA), WHO ENTER FROM WITHIN THESE JURISDICTIONS.
1. Eligibility: The RaceX Challenge Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least the age of majority in their state/providence of residence (19 years of age in Alabama and Nebraska and 18 everywhere else) and have a RaceX account (free, limited-access account is sufficient) with their full name, email address, mailing address, and phone number, all at the time of entry. To sign up for a free RaceX account, visit https://app.myracex.com/sign-up. Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and agents of Predictive Fitness, Inc. (“Sponsor”), and each of their parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, and advertising, promotion and other agencies and all other service agencies involved with the Promotion, and members of the immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where the reside) and household of each such employee (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter or win.
This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations and is void in Quebec and where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
2. Sponsor: Predictive Fitness, Inc., 2600 E. Southlake Blvd., Suite 120-140, Southlake, Texas 76092.
3. Promotion Entry Period: The Promotion begins on March 8, 2021 at 12:00:01 am Central Time (“CT”) and ends on November 28, 2021 at 11:59:59pm CT (the “Promotion Entry Period”). All entries must be received during the Promotion Entry Period to be valid. The Promotion Entry Period consists of numerous additional deadlines as follows: For entry method (2), you may only obtain entry via this method from March 8, 2021 until June 27, 2021.
4. How to Enter: There are three ways to enter the Promotion as follows:
1) Enter with a TriDot Account and Complete a Race: This option is available for those individuals without a current TriDot account and those with a current TriDot account as follows:

- For individuals without a current TriDot subscription, to enter the Promotion via entry method (1), first, during the Promotion Entry Period complete a 2021 RaceX Challenge two month Free Subscriptions (“Free Subscriptions”) application by visiting http://www.myracex.com/racexchallenge. After registering for the Free Subscriptions, you will be given special instructions on how to set up a free RaceX account. Second, complete the RaceX account registration and onboarding. Such onboarding requires that you have an active and working Garmin, Polar, or Strava connection to RaceX; and have added your 2021 Races (as defined herein) listed in your RaceX Challenge application as a “Scheduled Race.” Qualified individuals will receive a two-month free subscription for both RaceX and TriDot that they can cancel at any time by selecting cancel within the app. Sponsor, in its sole discretion will determine whether or not you have qualified for the Free Subscriptions. Finally, after you have completed all of the above steps, complete the following actions to receive entry into the Promotion:
- Add any triathlon sanctioned by USA Triathlon or any half- or full- official IRONMAN branded triathlon (collectively, “Race”) as a Scheduled Race in your RaceX account. Then, during the Promotion Entry Period, complete the Race to receive one (1) entry into the Promotion. In order to verify that you completed the registered Race, you must have and maintain a connection to your training device during the Race (which allows the device to auto-sync, provide bike, and run data files).
- If you finish the bike race segment of the Race within two percent (2%) of your RaceX Predicted Time as set by your app and evidenced by your sync’d or uploaded data file, you will receive three (3) additional entries into the Promotion.
- For individuals without a current TriDot subscription, to enter the Promotion via entry method (1), first, during the Promotion Entry Period complete a 2021 RaceX Challenge two month Free Subscriptions (“Free Subscriptions”) application by visiting http://www.myracex.com/racexchallenge. After registering for the Free Subscriptions, you will be given special instructions on how to set up a free RaceX account. Second, complete the RaceX account registration and onboarding. Such onboarding requires that you have an active and working Garmin, Polar, or Strava connection to RaceX; and have added your 2021 Races (as defined herein) listed in your RaceX Challenge application as a “Scheduled Race.” Qualified individuals will receive a two-month free subscription for both RaceX and TriDot that they can cancel at any time by selecting cancel within the app. Sponsor, in its sole discretion will determine whether or not you have qualified for the Free Subscriptions. Finally, after you have completed all of the above steps, complete the following actions to receive entry into the Promotion:
(The above entry method is only available to individuals who do not have an existing TriDot subscription at the start of the Promotion Entry Period.)

- For individuals with a current TriDot subscription, to enter the Promotion via entry method (1), first, ensure that you have an active and working Garmin, Polar, or Strava connected to your TriDot app and then complete the following actions:
- Add any Race as a Scheduled Race in your RaceX account. Then during the Promotion Entry Period, complete the Race to receive one (1) entry into the Promotion. In order to verify that you completed the registered Race, you must have and maintain a connection to your training device during the Race (which allows the device to auto-sync, provide bike, and run data files).
- If you finish the bike race segment of the Race within two percent (2%) of your RaceX Predicted Time as set by your app and evidenced by your sync’d or uploaded data file, you will receive three (3) additional entries into the Promotion.
- For individuals with a current TriDot subscription, to enter the Promotion via entry method (1), first, ensure that you have an active and working Garmin, Polar, or Strava connected to your TriDot app and then complete the following actions:
Entrants entering this Promotion via entry method 1 must understand and acknowledge that the participation in a race, a swim session, a bike session, a run session, and other prescribed sessions are strenuous activities that may involve certain health related risks, including risk of physical injury. Entrants must be in good physical condition and must have the physical capacity to compete and participate in such events and accept all risks associated with such activities. If for any reason your device does not have or maintain a connection to the app, you may not receive entry into the Promotion.
2) Enter via TrainX Challenge Promotion. This entry method is only available while the TrainX promotion is running from March 8, 2021 at 12:00:01 am CT until June 27, 2021 at 11:59:59pm CT. From March 8, 2021 until June 27, 2021, you will receive one (1) entry into this Promotion for each successful entry you obtain into the TrainX Challenge Promotion via its TrainX method. Note that valid entries into the TrainX Challenge Promotion via the TrainX Challenge Promotion’s Free Entry Method will not be valid for entry into this Promotion. For details on how to enter this Promotion without having a TrainX account and/or running a race, please see entry method 3. You do not need to enter the TrainX Challenge Promotion to enter this Promotion and vice versa.
Entry into the TrainX Challenge Promotion is subject to the TrainX Challenge Promotion Official Rules, available at www.tridot.com/trainxchallengerules, please see such rules for details on how to enter that promotion for free.
Entrants entering this Promotion entry method 2 must understand and acknowledge that the participation in a race, a swim session, a bike session, a run session, and other prescribed sessions are strenuous activities that may involve certain health related risks, including risk of physical injury. Entrants must be in good physical condition and must have the physical capacity to compete and participate in such events and accept all risks associated with such activities.
3) TO ENTER THE PROMOTION WITHOUT HAVING A TRIDOT ACCOUNT AND/OR COMPLETING A RACE: During the Promotion Entry Period, hand write your full name, email address, mailing address, and phone number all matching the information from your RaceX account on a prepaid postcard and mail it to TriDot, ATTN: RaceX Challenge Promotion, 2600 E. Southlake Boulevard, Suite 120-140, Southlake, Texas 76092 to receive four (4) entries into the Promotion. The mail-in postcard must be postmarked by November 28, 2021 and received no later than December 3, 2021.
Each mail-in entry must be in a separate postmarked outer envelope. No photocopies, facsimiles or mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, or postage due entries or mail. Entries become the property of Sponsor and none will be returned.
General Entry Terms: Limit: Thirty two (32) total entries into this Promotion, regardless of method of entry. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of automated devices will cause disqualification. Entrants may not enter with multiple e-mail addresses or TriDot accounts nor may entrants use any other device or artifice to enter multiple times or as multiple entrants. Any entrant who attempts to enter with multiple e-mail addresses, under multiple identities, using multiple TriDot accounts, or uses any device or artifice to register multiple times will be disqualified and forfeits any and all prizes won, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same e-mail address or TriDot account. Should multiple users of the same e-mail account or TriDot account enter the Promotion and a dispute thereafter arise regarding the identity of the entrant, the authorized account holder of said e-mail account at the time of entry will be considered the entrant. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the Authorized Account Holder.
Entries must contain all information requested and comply with any applicable restrictions or requirements set forth herein to be valid. Entrants must agree to these Official Rules to receive an entry into the Promotion drawing.
Individuals who do not follow all of the instructions, provide the required information, complete the required steps, submit timely entries, and/or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Sponsor may be disqualified. Other entry methods than those outlined above are void and will not receive entry.
BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION VIA ENTRY METHOD 1 OR ENTRY METHOD 2 (AS SET FORTH IN SECTION 4), ENTRANT ACCEPTS THE INHERENTLY DANGEROUS NATURE AND RISK IN PARTICIPATING IN A RACE, A SWIM SESSION, A BIKE SESSION, A RUN SESSION, AND/OR OTHER PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES THAT MAY BE REQUIRED TO ENTER VIA THIS METHOD, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR DEATH, ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HIS/HER PARTICIPATION IN SUCH EVENTS ARE VOLUNTARY, ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THERE ARE NATURAL FACTORS AND OCCURRENCES WHICH MAY IMPACT ON OR AFFECT THE SAFETY OF THE ACTIVITIES HE/SHE IS PARTICIPATING IN, AND HE/SHE ASSUMES THE RISK OF SUCH FACTORS AND OCCURRENCES AND AGREES THAT PROMOTION PARTIES SHALL NOT BE IN ANY WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RESULTING INJURY AND/OR DEATH.
5. Prize Drawing: On or about December 7, 2021 at 3:00:00 pm CT, at 2600 E. Southlake Blvd., Suite 120-140, Southlake, Texas 76092, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from among all eligible entries received via all methods during the Promotion Entry Period. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
If any potential winner is a Canadian resident, he or she will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid (which may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be administered online, by email or other electronic means, by telephone, or in the Sponsor’s form of declaration and release). Potential winners will be notified via the e-mail address associated with their TriDot account approximately three (3) days after the applicable drawing. All potential winners are subject to verification. Potential winners will be required to respond to the notification email within ten (10) days of the date the notification was sent with all completed paperwork and other requested information including that potential winners will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release, within ten (10) business days of attempted notification or prize may be forfeited. Potential winners will be issued a 1099 form.
If a potential winner fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question (for potential Canadian winners), is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, if attempted notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, if any required documents are not returned within the required number of days, if winner cannot be verified, or if winner is otherwise unable or unwilling to accept and claim the prize as stated, then winner may be disqualified and the prize may be forfeited in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. Prize package total ARV: $25,780 USD/$33,051 CAD. All details, including without limitation, the coach assigned with the TriDot Premium subscription and the style, brand, color, size, etc. of the prize items shall be determined in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any specific prize item mentioned above for a like item of similar ARV at its sole discretion. If the prize winner is from Canada, he/she will receive the prize items as listed, less the $500 USD/$641 CAD Travel Cash check and the $795 USD/$1,046 CAD race registration reimbursement check, which will be withheld by the Sponsor and paid to the United States IRS on your behalf, as required under US law. Sponsor (or its designated agent) will remit to the IRS the withheld money, plus any additional sum required by law. For the avoidance of doubt, no portion of the additional amount shall be awarded to the Canadian winner.
General Prize Conditions: ARVs are as of date of printing of these Official Rules. The difference in value of prize as stated herein and value at time of prize notification, if any, will not be awarded. Prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Any prize details not specified herein will be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Unless as otherwise specified herein, prize winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state, provincial and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prizes they receive, regardless of whether it, in whole or in part, is used. All prize details not specified herein will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All conversion rates are made as of February 1, 2021 and the difference, if any, shall not be awarded.
Winners acknowledge that Promotion Parties (as defined below) have not made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize (if any) are subject to the respective manufacturers’ terms therefore, and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee.
7. Release: As a condition of entering, entrants (or their parent or legal guardian if an eligible minor) agree (and agree to confirm in writing): (a) to release Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, and agents, and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents (“Promotion Parties”), from any and all liability, loss, injuries, or damage (“Claims”) arising out of the Promotion including, but not limited to, any claims for personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, loss of enjoyment, or any other harm whatsoever arising out of or relating to: (i) any participation in the Promotion (including those related to the races, session, related activities, etc.), (ii) the quality, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize; or (iii) any activity that is related to the Promotion incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize; (b) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby knowingly and expressly waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses and/or any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred (if any), excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs.
8. Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, winners grant (and agrees to confirm this grant in writing, if requested) permission for Sponsor and those acting under its authority to use his/her name, photograph, and/or likeness, for advertising and/or publicity purposes in any and all media now known or hereinafter invented without territorial or time limitations and without compensation.
9. General Conditions: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, undelivered, incorrect, or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, bugs, virus, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor will randomly award the prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to cancellation. Sponsor is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions, the website, or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the website, or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
10. Binding Arbitration: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Promotion, entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest to the entrant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. THE ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES PURSUANT TO THIS PARAGRAPH SHALL BE IN THE ENTRANT’S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE OR JOIN THE CLAIMS OF OTHER PERSONS OR PARTIES WHO MAY BE SIMILARLY SITUATED. DO NOT ENTER THIS PROMOTION IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO HAVE ANY CLAIM OR CONTROVERSY ARBITRATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION AS SET FORTH ABOVE, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY SET FORTH ABOVE, SO SUCH LANGUAGE MAY NOT APPLY TO EVERY ENTRANT.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: This Promotion and its Official Rules are governed by US law and are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Promotion Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, U.S.A., without giving effect to the conflict of laws rules thereof, and any matters or proceedings which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in Section 10 of these Official Rules and/or for entering any judgment on an arbitration award, shall take place in Dallas County in the State of Texas.
